CHAPTER 1: MY LIFE..

That's me!

"Mom!! I'm out for work!" I said slamming the door behind me as I walked out.. One again I wasn't comfortable with the idea of me working.. Mom was weak.. My sister Kim, She was little.. and My Dad died a year ago.. So, I was the ONE.. and it was haunting me.. Following me where ever I'd go.. This depression had affected me in so many terrible ways..

"Can I have a sandwich?" A guy asked me snapping me out of the thoughts..

"Sure!" I said.. "Here you go." And there I was, wasting my teenage years.. Building no memories for the Future.. I had forgotten, how to smile.. Except for when I was with my best friend Komal [@MalikMiracle on twitter ;)]... The thought of Komal brought a smile to my face..

"So? Who is he?"

It was her her...  my smile grew larger as I saw her..

"hi!!" She said sitting on the chair across the table.. I would always forget my sorrows when I was with her..

"What can I get for you mam?" I said putting my working cap on....

"Umm.. you can get me a girl to talk with.. Oops she is right in front of me.." Komal joined the act..

"Oh Komal!!" I laughed.

"Oh Mona!! You didn't answer the question...." Komal said

"What was the question?" I said returning to that fun loving girl once i was.. Only when I was with Komal..

"Who was he?" She asked

"Who?" I asked.. Confused.. Wiping the table in front of me..

"The one you were thinking about and smiling. When I came" She said teasingly..

"Oh that? Ah.. Some guy named 'Komal'.. You know him?" I said and laughed

"Hahaha yeah... He's beautiful!!" She laughed... I laughed with that even louder..

"Can I have cold coffee?" A guy asked me and as I saw him, my laugh faded away.. He was my ex-boyfriend. Who once used to be my best friend.. Nothing was right!! He had broken up with me 3 months ago..

"Sure!!" I said and handed him that..

"Mona?" He called me.

"Sam plz!!" I said.

"But Mona??" He said

"I just don't even wanna look at you.. Why don't you just...... Go away??" I said and looked away. as if I was disgusted.

He left the coffee right there and walked away.. I got tears in my eyes..

"Oh come on Mona.. You have to stop crying over him.." Komal said..

"I know... I Just....... I.... Komal.. I'm tired of my life" I said ... I meant every little word I said..

"Oh come on sweet heart.. some one is gonna come around and hold you near and your problems will fade away..." Komal Said

"Yeah? Just..... I don't believe any body now!!" I said looking down..

"Yeah.. 'Cause you're a bitch!!" She said

"What the hell????" I shouted..

                         And we laughed so loudly.. I wiped away my tears, took a break from work.. took off the cap.. and I sat with her, to talk.. we ate and I forgot about my miserable life for a while..
